The Wyoming State Museum welcomes visitors of all ages year round. Admission to the museum and all of its programs is free.

The museum is located on the first floor of the Barrett Building:

The museum is located in the heart of Cheyenne, just one block from the State Capitol Building.
The visitor entrance is along Central Avenue, between 22nd and 24th street.
Parking
The museum offers free public parking in a visitors' lot on the north side of the building, accessible via Warren Avenue.
Free two-hour parking is available along both Warren and Central Avenue.
